What is Your Return Policy?
We only accept exchanges for merchandise within 10 days of delivery. Lisa Jones does not provide cash or credit card refunds.

All Items On Sale Are Final Sale And Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged.
Please follow these instructions to exchange merchandise:

1 - Any merchandise that you wish to exchange must be in its original package in new, unused and unworn condition. There also should be no wear and tear on the packaging. We cannot accept items that appear to have been used, including our cubic zirconia earrings and rhinestone necklaces. This would include items that are tarnished because of exposure. Items that do not fit these criteria will be returned to the purchaser with no credit given.

2 - Make sure all merchandise being returned for exchange has its receipt; we will not be able to except any items for return with out the original receipt.

3 - All exchanges must have an Exchange Confirmation Number (ECN). Email your request for an ECN to customerservice@lisajonesstyle.com within 10 days after receiving shipment. Once you receive your ECN you can ship the item.

4 - PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. Lisa Jones will not accept any responsibility for returned items that are either lost or stolen by your shipping carrier. So For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the product. We prefer it to be shipped back in the same box we shipped it to you and securely sealed.

5 - Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping for exchanged merchandise back to us.

Exchange at a Lisa Jones store location
1 - Make sure all merchandise brought in for exchange has its receipt; we will not be able to except any items for exchange with out this receipt.

2 - Bring with you the invoice you received in your package.

3 - If items brought in with in 10 days, in good condition and have gift receipt then you can exchange for an item or receive a store credit.

What If My Purchase Arrives Damaged?
If you receive your order of trendy necklaces, earrings, or other accessories in the mail and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away! We welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:

  • Contact us by phone and/or email IMMEDIATELY, and be sure to include your name, order number, and the name or item code of the problem item(s).
  • If you cannot contact us right away, be sure to call or email within five (5) business days of receiving your package. If you contact us regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item past this five (5) day period, we may not be able to best assist you.
  • Please do NOT mail back any incorrect, damaged, or defective items without advance confirmation from Lisa Jones.
  • In most cases we will provide you with a postage pre-paid envelope that you can use to return the problem item(s). Each order is handled individually, though, so we may offer you an alternate solution.
  • Please note that return postage fees for incorrect, damaged, and/or defective items will NOT be refunded without prior written authorization from Lisa Jones.

What Are Your Payment Policies?
Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Shopping at Lisa Jones with a credit card is completely safe. Our secure server encrypts your credit card information during transmission to protect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Do You Sell Gift Certificates?
Yes! To obtain a gift certificate, contact us directly at 609-683-8002 during store hours and we will issue and mail your Gift Certificate.

When and How Does My Order Ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt by Lisa Jones. We ship through the USPS. A confirmation email will sent to you upon shipment of your merchandise.
